Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dispatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Dispatch on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Service Description
Dispatch provides a fleet management and logistics platform including GPS tracking, route optimization, shipment management, warehouse inventory, and related services. The platform is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS product.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with other users, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to reverse-engineer any part of the service.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Dispatch. We claim no ownership over your fleet data, shipment records, or other business data. We use your data solely to provide the services you have requested.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are per vehicle per month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. The SLA does not cover downtime caused by factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatch Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days. After that period, it will be permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
